Information about the details and contact preferences you share in the appointment form.
To send Mabel an appointment or information request, this site collects your name, phone number, service of interest and preferred time. Your optional preference for offer communications is recorded separately.

Storage and access
Authorised business staff can access requests. Names and phone numbers are stored using application-level encryption. Technical logs are intended to avoid recording sensitive fields in plain text.
Messages and preferences
After your request is saved, your name, phone, area and time preferences appear in a prepared WhatsApp message. WhatsApp opens and you send the message by pressing Send. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. Submitting the form does not require consent to marketing; offer communications are optional.
Retention and requests
A maintenance task deletes request records after the business’s configured retention period. Use the contact details above for questions, corrections or deletion requests. Do not enter detailed health information in this form.
